Our Ministries

Men’s Ministry

Our vibrant men’s ministry (called ‘Men For The Master’) provides opportunities for men to meet together and serve in a variety of ways.

Ladies’ Ministry

Several times a year, our ladies’ ministry (called ‘Ladies For The Lord’) arranges special events that focus on gospel outreach and the spiritual and practical needs of woman.

Saturday Church

We provide a nourishing meal and spiritual ministry to homeless people each Saturday at 09h00 on our campus. This is done in partnership with Doorway To Dignity.

Community Groups

Multiple groups meet at various venues and times during the week both in-person and online for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer.

Mission

We partner with missionaries serving in South Africa, Mozambique, France and Turkey.

Seniors’ Ministry

Our seniors’ ministry (called ‘The Wise And Wonderful’) meets on the last Thursday of every second month for fellowship & inspiration.

Young Adults’ Ministry

We have a thriving young adults ministry which includes a weekly Community Group and other social gatherings.

Youth Ministry

Intended for students in grades 7 to 12, our youth ministry (called ‘Youth Reborn’) meets at the church campus from 19h00 to 21h00 on Friday nights during the school terms.

Children’s Ministry

Our children’s ministry (called ‘JAM – Jesus And Me’) takes place at the same time as our main 09h30 service.

Children's Ministry

Children's Church (JAM - Jesus And Me): Every Sunday at 9:30 am. This ministry serves children from preschool (age 2) through grade 7 (age 13). It's led by a vibrant team of passionate teachers. Sunday school is also offered. The church has a history of Sunday school, previously led in two primary schools

Youth (Youth Reborn)

Friday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm for grades 7-12. This ministry focuses on forming Christ in the lives of young people. The youth group has been a significant part of FBC, with activities including camps, and various programs.

Young Adults Ministry

A growing young adults ministry that includes a Thursday night community group and other social gatherings.

Community Groups

A number of mixed groups meet throughout the week, both in-person and online. These groups provide a space for fellowship and spiritual growth

Care and Counseling

The church offers care and counseling. Courses such as the Alpha Marriage Course and Grief Share are offered from time to time. FBC is a place where people can find support during crises
